Named after the British Prime Minister for whom it was specially created in 1831, Earl Grey is a quintessential British tea. We blend black Chinese tea with citrusy bergamot oil to create our Earl Grey. The result is delicately flavoured tea that is light and refreshing.
Jasmine buds are picked by hand and scattered amongst green tea at dusk, when the temperature drops flowers open and naturally infuse the tea leaves with their aroma. This ancient process produces an orangey-gold tea with an elegant aroma and distinct floral flavour.
Teas from Darjeeling in the Indian state of West Bengal are often known as the 'champagne of teas'. These prized tea leaves are grown in the foothills of the Himalayas, some 6,000 ft above sea level. This environment affords the tea a delicate flavour with aromatic notes of grape and floral undertones.
Strawberries & Cream is a rich and fruity infusion inspired by the classic flavours of British summer. Real strawberry pieces are blended with the flavour of creamy vanilla for a delicious taste that is full of character and naturally caffeine-free. Can be served hot or cold and dulled with a little sugar, if preferred.
Rooibos, sometimes known by the English translation 'Red Bush' only grows in the sun-drenched, mountainous Western Cape province of South Africa. This naturally caffeine-free infusion is deep red in colour and has a sweet and nutty flavour with a hint of caramel.
