RETURNS POLICY:
- There are some exceptions to this policy listed below under “Exceptions”.
- Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt by you. It must be unused and in new condition. You must contact us by e-mail for authorization and instructions before returning any item.
- If the merchandise is damaged or defective you will receive a full refund for the merchandise.
- If you believe the merchandise was significantly misrepresented on our website, and we agree, you will receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- If you simply are not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund on the merchandise, but not on any shipping costs. The merchandise must be returned at your expense.
- Refunds will by credited to the same credit card originally used for the purchase only. Purchases paid by check will be refunded by check.
EXCHANGE POLICY:

- Merchandise will be accepted for exchange within 30 days of receipt by you. It must be unused and in new condition. You must contact us by phone or e-mail for authorization and instructions before returning any item.
- If the merchandise is damaged, defective, or was significantly misrepresented on our website, we will pay for shipping of the replacement merchandise. You will receive credit for the returned merchandise and your shipping cost for the return. You will be charged or credited for the difference in price between the replacement order and the returned items credits.
- If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it at full value. You will have to pay both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement order. You will be charged or credited for the difference in price between the replacement order cost, including shipping, and the returned items credits.
- Refunds will by credited to the same credit card originally used for the purchase only. Purchases paid by check will be refunded by check.
Exceptions to the Return and Exchange Policies:
- All coffee, tea, and food sales are considered final once a package is opened. Once opened, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All FINAL SALE items, which includes all specials and closeouts are considered final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Credit for shipping damage will be provided when we receive proof of damage.

No person or company is authorized to assume or imply any other warranty. finestenglishtea.com does not assume responsibility or liability for:
a) consequential damages of any kind which result from the use or misuse of any item,
b) damage or failure resulting from repair or modification of any item,
c) damage resulting from the misuse of any item.
